Shipping Areas
We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa.
Delivery services are provided through trusted third-party courier partners.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Main Cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
- Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
- Ja. Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and products where applicable
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
- If delivery attempts fail due to unavailability, the courier may return the parcel to their depot or to us.
- Re-delivery fees may apply.
